Meta tags are used by many search engines to create criteria that generate search results. We will do the following:

• Upgrade or create meta "keywords" and "description" tags plus your "title"
  
  
• Create and list the top key words (for some search engines 15 keywords is the maximum accepted)
  
  
• Further, we will generate a ranking report six weeks after listing.
  
  

Enter the top keywords below that you feel represent your site - including the site name and your company name. If you do not submit any, we will review your site and create them for you.

Search Engine Listing

Using submission software we will list your site in almost 500 search engines and over 1,200 marketing and index sites on the web. We will hand list your site and key words in the top search engines. Listing in the search engines takes from two days to several weeks and even months. All are different. Our goal is to have your site appear very high in search results when looking for the company or site name. Search results for topic, industry or theme keywords vary with each search engine. Your site will be less likely to be shown at the top of a search list if your keywords are very broad or common.

It is important to understand that while listing is important, business generated from search engine leads will NOT be your core business. Your site will be listed using the email and contact information provided below. Many sites will notify you of the posting by email. We will notify you of the listing prior, so you will be prepared for these acknowlegements. They may number over 300 email messages.

If we are hosting your site we can set up a temporary email account to receive these messages. You can review them or just delete them without interfering with your daily email content.

The Process

We will copy your Index page into our editor and make the meta / title changes only. If your site is dynamically assembled, you will have to email us the content of your hidden launch page. Once the changes are made the html file will be attached to email and sent to yourself or webmaster for review and ftp posting to your site.

After payment, posting and listing, there are no refunds. Any additional work will be done at our regular rates of $60.00 per hour by agreed upon contract.
